Windows XP Service Pack 2

If you have Windows XP Service Pack 2 you may experience some problems downloading flipchart files. Service Pack 2 causes the  file to be downloaded as a zip file.  This is due to a security feature in Windows XP SP2 which renames files when it does not recognise the file type. In this case it renames a .flp file as a .zip file.

To can get around this:
When saving a file in Internet Explorer add .flp to the file name and change 'Save as type:' to 'All files' BEFORE it is downloaded.
